Fraudulent Misrepresentation against Coldwell Banker et al.

Referencing: Coldwell Banker Company crimes, torts, inequities,
contract breaches, and civil rights violations against its employees,
its competitors and its customers pursuant to state and federal laws
and constitutions ; All Class Action.
Your continued intervention, investigation, prevention, prosecution
and reparation activities in your fiducial capacities
Greetings:
1.On the date of June 3rd 1996 your Regulation Supervisor
Barbara R Rohloff responded to our original complaint in this matter
and undertook your investigation, intervention and prosecution of
COLDWELL BANKER Company on racketeering issues including fraudulent
misrepresentation that PREVIEWS and PREVIEWS INTERNATIONAL exist in
ownership 4 COLDWELL Banker Company, when in tact PREVIEWS and
PREVIEWS International were dismantled by COLDWELL BANKER Company on
December 15th 1988. he has confined that no such registration appears
in the State o FloridaFC475. PREVIEWS and PREVIEWS INTERNATIONAL are
trade names which are cancelled an the United States Trademark
Register because as companies they wars corporately collapsed by
COLDWELL Banker company beginning on December 15th 1988. Those
companies had operated since year 1933 as an alliance of 15,000 elite,
independent (non-Coldwell Banker Company ) real estate brokers until.
dismantling on December 15th 1980 by Coldwell et al.
~,For COLDWELL Banker Company to fraudulently misrepresent to
its employees, competitors and the public that these same companies
still exist is in fact harming and damaging each of us and it is your
duty to prevent such wrongs from occurring against us all as lawyers,
realty and mortgage brokers (Exhibit "A")
3.1 was until October 22nd 1989 the highest ranking DIVISION
MANAGER for COLDWELL BANKER COMPANY PREVIEWS until my position was
terminated by Coldwell Banker Company because I refused to co-operate
with their wrongful activity against their employees, competitors and
their customers. I was personally given the world clientele files on
PREVIEWS and PREVIEWS INTERNATIONAL., by Coldwell. Banker Company and
which files I own at present as part of our settlement and contract
by. COLDWELL Banker Company that it would not fraudulently
misrepresent itself as PREVIEWS and PREVIEWS INTERNATIONAL which trade
names I own pursuant to registration in the United Kingdom Trademark
Registry. I an competent and knowledgeable for testimony about these
offenses which are anti-competitive and which constitute racketeering
by Coldwell Banker Company in its unjust enrichment which is driving
its competitors out of business. It is: your duty to protect us all as
employees, competitors and customers of Coldwell et al in the United
States, the United Kingdom and the world from COLDWELL tyranny,
destabilization and ruination.
