This is, I think, very simple to resolve...
1- Get a home inspection. It will cost you about $200 or so. A good
inspector can tell you right way if there has been water damage and if that
has been repaired or not.
2- Have an attorney review all

Are you an attorney? Perhaps I wasn't clear in my question. Can these people
take possession of my property without my consent and force me to pay them in
order to have it rightfully returned? Seems like theft and extortion to me.

I am in Southern California. I volluntarily turned my car over to the finance
company which owns it. They sent an impound company to retrieve the car from the
auto shop where it was. Six days after the car was retrieved, I received a
letter f

The local doctor (doctor #1) sent me to a specialist (doctor #2) the
same day.
During the examination the specialist kept saying, "This is so cool"
then everyone in the office came in to look at me. Then a technician

book, "Win Your Child Custody War"
They can have it in 5 working days and you won't have to spend the $80.00
It will get you a long way down the road you want to travel.
