My two cents: Divide the estate according to the will or according to your
state's probate laws if there was no will. If you want to make a gift to
your sister, cut her a check out of your share. That way everything is
Kosher from a legal perspec

Interesting. Seems to be a different balance here than there as to the
balance between procedural fairness and justice. For one in Superior Court
here there are two levels of adjudicators, Masters, who hear matters that
are more procedural, and Justice

JB,
I think that you need to figure out what country's courts will have
jurisdiction over this case. In many countries child support is part of the
divorce settlement. Consider hiring a lawyer from that country.
