Legal Estate Advice
I'm hoping to obtain some advice, here's the situation. About 3 years ago a family friend passed away. She left me some money in her will, college money. At the time I wasn't of age so I had to have a guardian sign too. Now this wasn't handled properly

can I sue SBC / Yahoo DSL ?
I had a perfectly good PC with Comcast connection. I decided to try SBC/Yahoo DSL. When they installed it with me my PC stopped working immediately. Now I cannot even hook up with Comcast. My PC doesn't work.It is dead. SBC is blaming MY PC and Op
