Hello, I have a question regarding HOA fee disclosure liability for a
new property owner. Who is responsible to disclose all the fees associated
with
property that is part of HOA? My wife and I bought 3 brm. townhome last May
and the only fee we were

child support. Courts in the US are extremely protective of children
and their financial well-being. You, however, would seemingly not be
personally responsible for the pay
