I thought since it is Friday3-20-04, that I bring yet another update
that the LAW ENFORCMENT community is still ATTACKING UNPROVOKED trying
to KILL a person by inducement of HEART ATTACK by causing STRESS. I
am followed any and everywhere, harassed, rest and sleep deprived if
they think they can find a way to do that. These so called officers
of the law who are outside my window and or out of my sight and
talking on cell phones and radios LOUDLY during the midnight hours
when rest and sleep is needed extremely INTENTIONALLY.
The law enforcement in CONCORD and CONTRA COSTA COUNTY are RESPONSIBLE
for breaking into my home, INTENTIONALLY VANDALIZING my property,
DESTRUCTION of PRIVATE property. The law enforcement in CONCORD and
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY taking part in these hate crimes and terrorist
acts against me have INTENTIONALLY REFUSED to IDENTIFY themselves to
me. The law enforcement in CONCORD and CONTRA COSTA COUNTY taking part
in these hate crimes and terrorist acts against me have INTENTIONALLY
REFUSED to SPEAK to me of any of their concerns.
I have been to the sheriffs and police stations and have been told no
wants or warrants. And yet I am still being VICTIMIZED by LAW
ENFORCMENT. These so called OFFICERS are still trying to arrest me so
that they can COVER UP their ILLEGAL ATTACKS BY KILLING ME as they
promised after I have been in painful agony by physical torture as
they promised to do to me over the years.
Another FAVORITE quote of theirs "Don't worry well get him" This is
much after the constant LIES they told to people in my hearing. Such
LIES by LAW ENFORCMENT such as "ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TO TALK TO HIM.
ALL WE WANT TO DO IS TO HELP HIM." As if that held as little bit of a
particle of truth in it none of this would have taken place. If any
part were truthful then why haven't they identified themselves to me
and spoken to me of their concerns? As if that held as little bit of
a particle of truth in it then why are they intentionally constantly
breaking in to destroy or damage my personal belongings? OF WHICH I
DEMAND REPLACEMENT AND RESITUTION!
BUT MOST OF ALL As if that held as little bit of a particle of truth
in it then why are they trying to BREAK INTO MY HOME TO GET TO ME? On
this it is the only way they can get to me so I can be killed or made
to disappear in some horrid painful manner. PLUS ESPECIALLY if that
held as little bit of a particle of truth in it then why break in thru
other parts of the house especially from yard area when I am trying to
sleep especially since my home is bugged and under constant visual
surveillance? THIS SHOWS THE CONSTANT ILLEGAL STEPS THAT LAW
ENFORCEMENT IN THE CITY OF CONCORD AND CONTRA COSTA COUNTY WILL TAKE
TO GET THEIR WAY! Especially when they can also take part in a
conspiracy.
I have had HEART ATTACKS, STROKES and my medical condition made worse.
I HAVE BEEN IN AND OUT OF EMERGENCY HOSIPATAL ROOMS over this whole
situation. I HAVE COMMITTED NO CRIME AND NOT A CRIMNAL. I DEMAND TO
BE LEFT ALONE. I WISH I HAD A WEAPON OF LETHAL FORCE!
These actions proved to me as by treatment that I have received and
the help sought after is REFUSED to me that TERRORIST ACTS AND HATE
CRIMES are not only allowed in this CALIFORNIA area but encouraged to
take place.
THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT who has been contacted REFUSED to
intervene on my behalf and try to save my life and or health from
getting worse. It is my belief that they want to help cover this all
up.
This proves to me by treatment that I receive of what I come to
believe and correctly assume that in my eyes and in my opinion, LOCAL
LAW ENFORCEMENT is telling the PRESIDENT of the United States this
statement.
"Screw off Mr. President. We will terrorize whomever, wherever,
however we damn will please. We are the police and your message /
orders do NOT apply to us!
I am still watched and even as I type this document so called officers
are reading this as I type as they are helping the NEIGHBORHOOD
CONSPIRACY of which is highly ILLEGAL. Being it is well known of my
health and medical condition these ILLEGAL actions are being ALLOWED
by LAW ENFORCMENT to ILLEGALLY CONTINUE.
In hearing the bleed over thru my audio equipment, "we are going to
get him, he won't calm down, and we got to get him out of there for
these people."
It is no caught that this is as my neighbors are proven anti emetic,
obviously ANTI DISABLE as the wife of the ring leader is suppose to be
some type of physical therapy. And she knows of the heart problems
that were brought on and other MAJOR MEDICAL PROBLEMS. The ring
leader is a college science instructor at a college near by but not in
CONCORD. The ring leader drafted a few neighbors into this who carry
the neighborhood influence. So that when the PIGGYS from SHERRIFFS
DEPARTMENT and from the CONCORD POLICE PIGGYS WHO WILL BE SUED and
EACH OFFICER SUED PERSONALLY. Additionally I will bring CRIMINAL
CHARGES and will CHARGE with other crimes they used upon me ATTEMPTED
MURDER UNDER HATE CRIMES, TERRORIST ACTS AND ACTIVITIES, and every and
any possible charges besides those of which that are under the MEDICAL
ACTS and or LAWS along with the DISABLE act and or laws.
I DEMAND TO BE LEFT ALONE AND FOR THESE PIGS TO GO AWAY. I use the
term PIGS as proper peace officers of the law world wide even those in
terrorist lands, foreign lands, non U.S. allies and countries would
even think of this cruel barbaric treatment to any disable and or
dying person or anyone with major medical problems. PLEASE anyone
PLEASE help. USE ANY FORCE NECESSARY NO EXCEPTIONS!
