So long as the enforcement of the ordinance is uniform and prior notice is
given to everyone that the ordinance will be enforced it can be enforced now
even though not before.
The key to enforcement is notice and the opportunity to be heard.

Computers should soon be able to do the work of Judges and Lawyers. 'They'
could probably do it now given the proper motivation. Once the software is
engineered and tested, troublshot etc. legal representation would become
cheap and judges wouldn't b
