Hi,
I hope someone can help me. There has been a flame war
for about six months in a Usenet ALT. group that I am
in. Well there has been name calling, false accusation,
cursing, and just all around flaming.
Yesterday someone said they had the means and was going
to sue me that they were contacting their Esquire and
was suing me for libel, stalking and harassment and
unwanted sexual advances and to
peruse a CPO against you.
First off I am not a homosexual and as for stalking I
was in the group for years and this person came , left
and then a few days ago up to a week ago came back and
I welcomed her and she started insulting me and then
finally accused of the above. As for libel it is she
who is attacking my health disabilities and my
character. To beat all it is a Christian group and my
so called sexual advance was to give her a kiss on
cheek and told her I loved her as my sister.
I would like to know if she may have a case or not. I
have not stalked nor made any sexual advances toward
this lady at all. I have continually told her she is
lying on me which she is but I don't have the money she
does to sue yet I feel I am being abused by her when
the killfile goes both ways she chose the option to
take me out of her killfile where she claims to have
put me in almost all her posts to this group then she
continued to say flame me and now wants to sue me.
Please help if you can
I appreciate any help or advice as due to my
disabilities I am very upset and having to medicate my
anxiety as I am not healthy enough to take the flame
war she and I and the whole group was in to court.
