Need a corporate attorney for somerset new jersey

Hello
I'm not sure where to turn, so I am posting this request for an
attorney.
I am a 20% owner of a surgical supply business which my wife's friend
asked us to join and I am being denied access to financial records. I
have also recently been excluded from shareholder meetings because of
an argument I had after my request to see the records was denied. My
wife is the legal shareholder because they told me only one name
needed to be listed when we signed the contracts and I chose to list
my wife. I'm learning a lesson the hard way and realize I should have
had an attorney from day one.
I would appreciate hearing from anyone who knows of a reputable
attorney who can help me.
Thanks

You might also want to try posting this on http://www.njlawnet.com which has
legal forums that focus on New Jersey. I would suggest posting it on their
"General Forum" and not the "Business Law" forum.
