I think state specific cards are less useful to law students than you
think. Law schools generally do not teach much state specific criminal
law. The flash card sets I'm familiar with cover criminal law quite
generically and teach general prinicples plus variations among the
jurisdictions.
Maybe one of the bar prep courses includes flash cards. I suspect that
those cards would still not cover large amounts of MA statutory law.
