If a HUMAN wanted to state in their will then desire to have their body
stuffed, like in taxidermy, could it legally be done?

Quick, what state or country is the human in?
Anything is possible. You simply chose a jurisdiction where what
you want to do is legal.

I live in Florida and I forgot to ask,
what law would i be breaking if this was carried out? Why do Americans
have a problem with that?
