NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUE
For the record:
I was never an "owner" or prime moderator of CIA-drugs. The list was
founded and "owned" by Dan Hopsicker. Even when I served as a co-
moderator, Daniel Hopsicker retained the power to remove me from that
position had he chosen to do so. I removed myself voluntarily to do
harassment, threats and activities intended to distract me and occupy my
time.
I have not been a moderator of the CIA-Drugs list in more than three
years.
I have not been a member of the CIA-drugs list, received any of its
messages, or participated in any of its activities for more than two
years. I resigned completely from that last shortly after September 11th.
Any representation on any semi-public list, or by sending multiply-
addressed emails by Dick Eastman or anyone else, contrary to these facts,
with the intent to defame my reputation or damage my business will result
in immediate legal action against Dick Eastman or whoever continues with
libelous messages. The same warning is issued now to anyone else who
repeats these demonstrably false accusations.
I have the money, the lawyers and the facts to do this.
The records of when I removed myself as one of two moderators and when I
resigned from that list are abundantly documented and available in the
lists archives.
This is fair warning and it is the ONLY warning anyone will receive.
