2. An attack on the Constitution itself, and the basic human rights of
everyone in America. The Patricia Cornwell show trial scandal is also
historic and important, because it is a case of wealthy people using
criminal means of terror to cause permanent damage to the American
Constitution itself. This is not just some run-of-the-mill case of
bribery to obtain a wrongful court verdict and legal judgment. This is
something far more profound and serious.
As the Cornwell gangsters planned and carried out their crimes, they
knew they were doing something far more evil than just trying to get a
false and phony court verdict. In order to carry out their objectives
in silencing an American book author, the Cornwell group had to use
criminal means to attack and permanently damage the American
Constitution.
Not only did they have to get a false, illegal, and unconstitutional
court order from a federal judge - the Patricia Cornwell gang also had
to make sure that such a blatantly illegal court order was never
appealed. In the American legal system, the interpretation of law by a
judge becomes part of the American form of government. A judge$B!G(Bs
pronouncement on the Constitution, becomes precedent and law and, in
an important way, part of the Constitution itself. The judge's order
becomes a basis for interpreting the Constitution in the future.
When a US federal judge violates the Constitution, it is vitally
important, not only for the individual case, but also for the whole
future of America and all its citizens and visitors, that the judge's
illegal order be appealed and overthrown by a higher court.
In the Patricia Cornwell show trial scandal, all of the Cornwell gang
knew that the orders that they successfully induced out of Virginia
federal Judge Robert Payne, were completely illegal and
unconstitutional.
Even given some political sympathy from higher judges, Judge Payne's
orders banning my freedom of speech and freedom of the press, were
just too ridiculously laughable, as totally a violation of the Bill of
Rights in the American Constitution. It was just too risky for the
Cornwell gang to expect the Appeals Court to go along with Judge
Payne's illegal actions. The Appeals Court judges could not be counted
on to embarrass themselves like this.
The Patricia Cornwell gang also knew that I was absolutely determined
to appeal these illegal orders banning my freedom of speech and
freedom of the press, whatever the financial harm to myself. And what
is more, I was basically broke at the time, living paycheck to
paycheck, so I really had nothing to lose by appealing the illegal
orders anyway.
And furthermore, the Cornwell lawyers realized that Patricia Cornwell
herself was scared of a long legal process. Patricia Cornwell was
frightened that more of the dirt about herself would come out to the
public in a long court proceeding. And she didn't like the idea that
her whole egotistical adventure to crush little me, was already
costing her several hundred thousand dollars, and she didn't want that
cost to grow into several million dollars, even though she could
afford it.
Cornwell's lawyers knew that they had to be able to tell her they had
"quick and total victory" over me, so that she wouldn't be angry at
them. If I was allowed to appeal the illegal court order banning my
freedom of speech, and I won that appeal, the lawyers knew that
Cornwell would have a hysterical freak-out as to why her lawyers had
led her into this mess.
So the Cornwell lawyers used the only card they could play to win
their criminal game. It was a card they had already been preparing for
several weeks, with the phony con artist and fraud whom the judge had
installed to pose as "my lawyer".
As FBI documents prove, the Cornwell gangsters threatened me with
illegal jailing and a likely murder in jail if I did not allow the
Cornwell gang to declare a phony "victory" over me. It was also made
clear to me that while in jail, I would be tortured and raped by other
prisoners, with the laughing approval of prison guards who themselves
would be paid off by Cornwell, given her many connections to Virginia
government, police and bureaucrats.
The fact of these threats, thanks to the documentary proof I arranged
to get, is completely undeniable.
So what we have, very clearly and explicitly, is the use of criminal
threats of violence by the Cornwell gang to prevent an
unconstitutional order from being appealed. Which means that the
judge's illegal and unconstitutional order is now a "precedent" for
denying human rights to other people in America.
The Cornwell gang used criminal threats of violence in their criminal
project of actually changing the American form of government,
permanently changing the way the American Constitution is enforced and
interpreted by judges.
When violent threats of extortion are used to change the American
Constitution and government - Isn$B!G(Bt this genuinely terrorism ? Isn$B!G(Bt
this treason, to try and change the American government by force,
threats, and violence?
"Terrorism" is a word heard very often today, applied by the American
government very casually to all sorts of people who have fought
Americans, or even just criticized USA politics or government.
But maybe some of the worst and most real "terrorists", are those
people who betray American freedoms from inside America, using
bribery, fraud, and violence to destroy American freedoms from within
America's own institutions.
The Patricia Cornwell show trial scandal - the holding of a fake
federal court proceeding to silence journalism, and to cause permanent
damage to America's Constitution and freedoms - is indeed such a
scandal of monstrous seriousness. In using criminal threats to prevent
an unconstitutional order from getting appealed, in using techniques
of violence to change American government, the Patricia Cornwell group
sunk into the level of crime that nations have always held to be the
most evil of all. It is the use of court power as an instrument of
political terror.
This, indeed, is terrorism and treason, maybe even of a more dangerous
kind than those who plant bombs and blow up buildings. In attacking
