his is number 3 of 4. Posted here is the full text of Chapter One of the upcoming book on the huge bribery scandal involving the famous celebrity crime writer Patricia Cornwell. This is one of the sleaziest court fraud scandals in USA history, and Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers face felony indictments and long prison terms. Posted by approval of the author. The book will be published and released internationally in early 2005. Title is: The Patricia Cornwell Show Trial Scandal: Kangaroo Courts and the Banning of Free Speech in America's Failing Legal System by Dr. Les Sachs The text of Chapter One now continues: 4. The hilariously blatant level of documentary proof of the federal crimes committed. The Cornwell show trial scandal is a very special high-level American scandal, because of the utterly conclusive evidence of felony crimes that is publicly available here. Which makes the long delay in prosecuting these crimes all the more amazing. You don't need to be smart, a lawyer, or an advanced conspiracy investigator to see that major felony crimes were committed. The evidence is so powerful, so strong, so immediately obvious, it's laughable that these criminals have been able to walk around on the streets for such a long time. Right now, the American legal system is full of many relatively weak cases that are being pursued and prosecuted through its courts. People are being sent to prison for many years, on all sorts of flimsy "he said, she said" kinds of evidence, but where the government has aggressively pursued a criminal prosecution and won a victory, pushing through a criminal conviction on sometimes very thin evidence. And yet, here in this Cornwell scandal, we have totally blatant, documented, hilariously obvious proof of federal crimes, right there in writing, for everyone to see. And much more proof that can be easily obtained by plea bargains with some of the players, who will quickly give evidence against the other criminals in exchange for reduced sentences. Although I am the principal victim in this scandal, and I can fill out the story with many details of what I saw and heard, the government doesn't even need my testimony to begin issuing felony indictments. Criminal convictions of the Cornwell gang can be easily won without my testimony. Take, for example, the hilariously fake "First Amendment charity foundation" that the judge and the lawyers used to help stage Cornwell's phony "show trial" against me. It's a major federal felony to invent a non-existent charity foundation, and use the name of such a fake foundation to commit fraud. And yet we see this non-existent "charity foundation", the exact name being the "Freedom Works Foundation", being put in writing, in court transcripts, and on the internet by the judge and the lawyers, even though anyone can verify with a few minutes' investigation that this "Foundation" does not exist. The lawyer who has kept this fake foundation listed on his website for several years, has even admitted that there is no one else involved in this mythical "charity foundation" except himself and the judge, and the foundation has no money and has never been legitimate at all. It's a slam dunk felony indictment, right here. About three minutes for the US attorney and a grand jury to bring an indictment, is all it would take, with a single document waved around the room. And a number of other crimes are easily proven by documents as well. I got some of the discussion of threatening to illegally jail and murder me put in writing, and coded upon a crooked lawyer's fax machine. And Patricia Cornwell committed clear perjury on the witness stand, directly lying about her February 1, 2000 letter threatening to "destroy" my "books", a letter which is itself in court records. And there's much more. And yet, as I write these words, with the whole FBI and Justice Department, and a Supreme Court judicial ethics committee, fully aware of these outrageously blatant felonies, documented by crystal-clear proof in writing, they still have not quite gotten in gear to bring criminal charges, as the FBI and the judges weigh and ponder the "heavy politics" of exposing this Cornwell scandal. And the longer they delay, the more embarrassing the whole thing becomes. The Cornwell gang was extremely sloppy in these crimes of terror against me, to leave such a blatant trail of written evidence. No doubt they were sloppy, in part because of my soft-spoken and intellectual nature. To the Cornwell gang, to the judge and to the lawyers, I looked to them like someone who could be easily intimidated and crushed. And since, from the first minutes legal action began against me, my freedom of speech was banned by the judge, the whole Cornwell gang figured I would just have to be silent the rest of my life. They figured they could afford to be sloppy about their crimes, because they thought the banning of my freedom of speech would prevent these crimes from being exposed. They didn't count on me escaping out of the USA to expose the scandal from overseas, their ban on my freedom of speech now a meaningless dead letter. And the trail of crystal clear evidence of felony crimes is multiplying the embarrassment and scandal, for the courts, for the Justice Department, and for the whole American legal system. And it's just getting worse, the longer that the stalling continues. 5. The use of the courts for Republican and right-wing political purposes. The Patricia Cornwell show trial scandal, is highly significant as well for its close relation to the takeover of the United States government by George W. Bush's Republican party, and as a clear example of the misuse of the courts for political motives. The original Patricia Cornwell "show trial", the banning of my freedom of speech, and the extortion and threats of murder against me, all took place in the year 2000, as a sideshow of that year's strange election campaign, which ended with the Supreme Court making decisions to install George W. Bush as the still-controversial winner, though Al Gore got more popular votes. Obviously, a major reason for delay in the prosecution of the crimes surrounding Patricia Cornwell, is the fact that Cornwell is a major contributor to George W. Bush's Republican Party, and that in the past Cornwell has had a friend of President Bush - the former Virginia Governor, Jim Gilmore - living in her Virginia mansion. As the FBI makes clear, the Attorney General of the United States, John Ashcroft, who might be President Bush's closest friend in his government, doesn't like the idea of bringing criminal charges against a close Bush campaign contributor, especially with an election coming up. Since Patricia Cornwell is a lesbian, and appears to have a serious problem with illegal drugs, and the FBI is already guilty of stalling for a long t
