encouragement or kind words regarding Cornwell's victim, and the need
to get this scandal out more largely to the general public. The new
book on "The Patricia Cornwell Show Trial Scandal" will not be out
until next year, though chapter one has been posted in full online.
Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers are not yet even trying to deny the
felony crimes of which there is so much proof in the hands of the FBI.
John Ashcroft still seems to be stalling till after November to try to
help the George Bush election campaign, given the Cornwell-Bush
connections.

here, partly because sometimes due to heavy traffic the website pages
can't be accessed. Also, last week on about 9 August 2004, one of the
lawyers in the Patricia Cornwell bribery scandal, committed the
additional felony act of sending a computer virus to computers in
Europe to try to criminally sabotage the Cornwell scandal website. As
more criminal acts by the Patricia Cornwell gangsters may occur before
November, this material is posted here on the newsgroups as a
permanent reference.
This main web page contains the full 125 count USA federal court
filing of 3 April 2004 which exposed the scandal from the victim's
safe haven in Europe. As it says below: "This is an emotional

USA, as he was living under direct threat of US government jailing and
murder at the hands of Judge Payne and the criminal thugs in the

III. Background of Dr. Les Sachs
14. More information about Dr. Les Sachs, and a brief biography and
photographs, can be found on the DrLesSachs.com website. Dr. Sachs is
one of the most highly educated individuals to have ever lived in the
United States, with seven degrees from three universities, his degrees
are in philosophy, education and religious studies. Dr. Sachs has
never been concerned with making money, despite the lies and
propaganda of Judge Payne and the Patricia Cornwell gangsters. Quite
obviously there were many routes to making money Dr. Sachs could have
pursued after Harvard, which he passed up to focus on a personal
intellectual and spiritual journey. Dr. Sachs was also a USA
government employee in his youth, and holds the Superior Performance
Award from the US Department of Justice for his work there.
15. Dr. Sachs has a little Jewish blood in his heritage and is a
distant kin to some of the victims of Adolf-Hitler's Holocaust. As a
young student, Dr. Sachs won Voice of Democracy and American Legion
awards for a speech he wrote and gave on the topic of freedom. While
still a teenager, Dr. Sachs developed very strong anti-fascist views,
in favor of freedom of speech and against practices like bookburning
and legal corruption. At Harvard, Dr. Sachs helped to teach a course
on the permanent relevance of the history of the Nazi Reich, and how
all of us must oppose nazi-style and fascist activities whenever we
find them.
16. Dr. Sachs is a writer whose style and views and opinions are much
liked by the American people. Dr. Sachs became a nationally popular
author with a book he wrote for the Penguin Putnam corporation, a book
of new-style journalism exposing the sleaze and farce of the American
auto sales industry, a book which CBS television and others declared
to be the best book of its type ever written. This book is what first
enmeshed Dr. Sachs with Patricia Cornwell's publisher Penguin Putnam,
and is what made Judge Payne and the Cornwell gangsters so anxious to
impose a lifelong ban on Dr. Sachs' journalism about Patricia Cornwell
and legal corruption. They knew that Dr. Sachs could expose the sleaze
on these topics, just as thoroughly as he did that of the car sales
game.
17. The records show that, in contradiction of the claims of Judge
Payne and the Cornwell gang members, Dr. Sachs has in fact not been a
seeker after publicity, and instead has preferred the life of a quiet,
fairly unknown writer. Dr. Sachs turned down numerous opportunities to
be on television and radio in connection with his successful car book.
Dr. Sachs enjoys writing and expression, but has sought neither wealth
nor publicity, and instead is someone pursuing spiritual and
intellectual goals on a personal level.
18. At the time the Patricia Cornwell Judge Payne scheme of fraud
and treason was enacted, during the 2000 George Bush election
campaign, Dr. Sachs was still living very modestly. He had no wealth
or liquid assets, worked happily at a humble job living paycheck to
paycheck, he had no significant money for legal fees, and no motive to
"settle" and to refrain from appealing Judge Payne's laughably illegal
court orders, other than the threats by Judge Payne's thugs to
illegally jail, torture and kill him.
19. Not long after Judge Payne and his thugs enacted their scheme of
terror and treason, as Dr. Sachs came to think he did need large
amounts of money to fight for freedom and the Constitution, Dr. Sachs
quickly became one of the highest wage earners inside the USA. Dr.
Sachs used his compassion and talents to become one of America's most
successful mortgage loan officers, with a cash flow of several hundred
thousand dollars he could use to pay for lawyers. He found, however,
that in the current USA climate of legal corruption, USA lawyers are
too afraid to confront a criminal scheme in which evidence shows a US
federal judge to be guilty of misconduct, lawyers fearing revenge by
other judges, their voices trembling in fear as they cite the need to
"play The Game" in order to have legal careers at all.
IV. The Two Novelists Cornwell and Dr. Sachs
20. The United States publishing industry largely collapsed and
imploded on itself in the and 1990s. The national focus on
"bestsellers" meant that publishing companies could make more money by
over-hyping and over-selling books by a few very well known authors,
rather than taking risks in publishing books by new authors. It is

millions of dollars now from any book published under her name, even
