encouragement or kind words regarding Cornwell's victim, and the need
to get this scandal out more largely to the general public. The new
book on "The Patricia Cornwell Show Trial Scandal" will not be out
until next year, though chapter one has been posted in full online.
Patricia Cornwell and her lawyers are not yet even trying to deny the
felony crimes of which there is so much proof in the hands of the FBI.
John Ashcroft still seems to be stalling till after November to try to
help the George Bush election campaign, given the Cornwell-Bush
connections.
This is a posting of the complete contents of the main web page on the
Patricia Cornwell bribery scandal, in four parts. It is being posted
here, partly because sometimes due to heavy traffic the website pages
can't be accessed. Also, last week on about 9 August 2004, one of the
lawyers in the Patricia Cornwell bribery scandal, committed the
additional felony act of sending a computer virus to computers in
Europe to try to criminally sabotage the Cornwell scandal website. As
more criminal acts by the Patricia Cornwell gangsters may occur before
November, this material is posted here on the newsgroups as a
permanent reference.
This main web page contains the full 125 count USA federal court
filing of 3 April 2004 which exposed the scandal from the victim's
safe haven in Europe. As it says below: "This is an emotional
document, written by Dr. Sachs in his last days in hiding inside the
USA, as he was living under direct threat of US government jailing and
murder at the hands of Judge Payne and the criminal thugs in the
Patricia Cornwell gang. This document reflects the emotional trauma of
Dr. Sachs' life as a victim of USA political and judicial terror, and
some allowance needs to be made for the circumstances of mortal fear
in which it was written.

Dr. Sachs witnessed and experienced it in his long struggle. It is not

VI. It's Time for the Immediate Arrest of Judge Payne's Thug Roberts
49. As American lawyers agree, this felony fraud of Judge Payne and
his thug Roberts, with their fraudulent "First Amendment charity
foundation" that they used to commit treason against the United States
Constitution, is by itself grounds for the instant arrest and
indictment of Judge Payne's thug Roberts, and instant grounds for the
impeachment of Judge Payne himself.
50. This felony fraud by Judge Payne and his thug Roberts is so
crystal clear, so well evidenced, so blatant, that even the dumbest,
stupidest, biggest idiot and moron of a prosecutor in the George Bush
Justice Department, can issue a felony indictment against Judge
Payne's thug in the next fifteen minutes. No multi-million dollar
investigation is needed, as the FBI already has the crystal clear
evidence in their hands. And if the FBI and US Attorney have
"misplaced" or shuffled away the evidence, sweeping these felony
crimes relating to a Bush campaign contributor under the rug, out of
worry that Bush Attorney General Ashcroft "won't like it", no problem,
they can easily pick up a fresh copy at the city of Richmond
courthouse on the way to arrest Roberts.
51. It is an utterly shocking disgrace to the USA, its legal system
and its lawyers, that Judge Payne's thug Roberts is still walking the
streets of downtown Richmond, Virginia, without being yet scooped up
by the FBI, despite clear written evidence of Roberts' guilt in felony
federal fraud, acts of terror, and treason against the Constitution.
Of course the problem here is political that these felonies were in
support of George Bush election campaigns and Republican campaign
contributor Patricia Cornwell. But the time has come. It is about a
fifteen minute drive from the Parham Road FBI office to Thomas
Roberts' office at 105 South First Street in downtown Richmond. (Note
to FBI: Bring a van, there are several file boxes to take back to the
Special Prosecutor.) Roberts will not be surprised as to why the FBI
is reading him his rights. As the great writer Dostoevsky pointed out,
there is in all major criminals a secret craving to be caught and
punished.
52. Although Judge Payne's thug has been in a criminal scheme of
fraud, extortion and treason with the full backing of Judge Payne and,
apparently, the United States government, he is really just a small
time criminal hood and turd, who will sing like a canary to the
Special Prosecutor with a very slight bit of pressure, rather than
spend the entire rest of his life in prison. Thoughtful
plea-bargaining by the Special Prosecutor with Judge Payne's thug
Roberts, can be the initiating source of many, many more felony
indictments, such as at Cornwell's Willcox & Savage law firm, and the
revelation of the fullest details of this sordid scheme of treason.
53. Roberts had a law partner at the time of the original Judge Payne
Patricia Cornwell extortion scheme, the German-born Tim Schulte, who
left today's modern, ethical Germany, to come and make the "big money"
in the USA environment of legal corruption. Schulte is also a fully
guilty participant in extortion, felony fraud and treason. After the
Cornwell extortion and treason was executed, Schulte later left the
Roberts law firm, as he realized that Dr. Sachs was not going to let
this extortion and treason lie unopposed. If Schulte is still within
the borders of the USA, he will very likely quickly flee the USA when
the scandal breaks open, much as Patricia Cornwell herself likely
will, so the FBI should act quickly if it wants to get Schulte and
Cornwell while they're still inside USA borders.
VII. Judge Payne Stages the Fraudulent Court Proceeding
54. The Judge Payne Patricia Cornwell phony "show trial", was a
fraudulent court proceeding designed by Judge Payne to present the
fraud that Dr. Sachs had a lawyer "representing" him, and the fraud
that somehow Dr. Sachs "agreed" to the permanent ban on his own
freedom of speech for the rest of his life. It was a matter of some
weeks before Dr. Sachs realized that the lawyer Roberts was actually a
criminal thug planted in the case by Judge Payne and the Cornwell
gangsters, but by then Dr. Sachs was sealed inside Judge Payne's trap
of extortion, warned that any attempt to prevent Roberts from
continuing to pose as his lawyer, would result in his own jailing and
likely death.
55. Roberts had several functions in the fraudulent role as Dr. Sachs'
alleged "lawyer". The main one of course was to be the hatchet man of
the Patricia Cornwell Judge Payne extortion scheme, and at the
