Consider the origins of the "Miranda warning", and just how utterly
profitable it has been for left-wing liberal lawyers in the justice system
of America ever since-and think about those millions of innocent victims
nationwide who've suffered the violent consequences of their greed-driven
treason over these past forty years.
The infamous 1963 "Miranda v Arizona" case involved an egregiously-violent
criminal named Ernesto Miranda, whose previous record included armed
robbery, rape, assault and burglary, and who'd openly and without duress
confessed to the police that he'd willfully kidnapped and raped a
helpless,
semi-retarded 18-year-old woman. In 1966, the supreme court ruled that
Miranda's confession was inadmissible, since Miranda hadn't been advised
of
his so-called "rights" because he wasn't told that he didn't have to
confess, or that he could've waited for an attorney to be present before

While the department of justice and the courts have routinely been at odds
over every crossed-t and dotted-i of the law before and since, there has
been a gradual deterioration in the Miranda in more recent years,
especially
since our great President GW Bush was appointed to office; to wit, most
especially since the passage of the Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act is the very best thing to happen to America's justice
system
since the inception of the US Constitution and Bill of Rights. There's a
new
"Miranda warning", as in the recent mini-series on DishTV 105 USA "The
4400", in which one of the arresting federal agents very gratifyingly told
the phucking violent bad guy:
"You do NOT have the right to remain silent.
You do NOT have the right to an attorney.
You do NOT have rights under the Geneva Convention as an enemy
combatant."
Etc. Under imminent Defcon 1 Alert status, our nation will be under
wartime
martial law, such that anyone suspected of supporting or otherwise
encouraging terrorists will be subject to the Patriot Act, even for aiding
and abetting Al-Qaeda terrorists and/or their accomplices. I'd advise you
to
be careful, but I'd much rather that you slip up and get caught by the
authorities. That's what I'd like to see. Thus I'd like to see anyone
who's
routinely spoken out in support of Al-Qaeda arrested or shot (I'd prefer
the
latter) as an enemy combatant-no matter what country they live in or where
they're caught. In other words, I'd like to see law & order getting
ENFORCED
here on the entire planet Earth, to the benefit of every law-abiding man,
woman and child in every nation in the free world. And for those nations
which aren't yet free, then I say let's liberate them by force as we did
in
Iraq, but moreso, I pray that we lay down our nuclear Royal Flush in
Spades
to trump any naysayers. This will expedite the planetary transition into
world peace. Imagine all the people, to quote the late great John Lennon.
No longer shall violent criminals be afforded "rights" of any kind
whatsoever. Every violent criminal will be lumped together with Al-Qaeda
et
al, since they all share one common mission of injuring or murdering
innocent people. So whether they're working alone, or in groups it matters
not one iota. Violent criminals have NO RIGHTS in the eyes of the law. And
there'll be NO appeal. Violent criminals shall NOT be tolerated in the
USA.
Soon, and I mean very soon, violent criminals shall NOT be tolerated
anywhere upon the face of God's cyan Earth.
