I have heard of a "disclosure law".
My question is do we need to disclose if our neighbors are noisy?
Our attached duplex neighbor is a partying idiot with no regard to the
neighborhood. It occurs on Friday and Saturday nights at all hours. He just
moved in and the cops have came a few times already.
Anyway, we are concerned about our ability to sell in a couple of years. And
if we do sell can we be sued, by the buyers, if they are bothered by him,
and didn't know before buying?
