Information Sought:
Deputy Robert Rose of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department
(Big Bear Lake, CA), in conversation, stated, "You wouldn't believe
the things we trained with to make drug dealers think they are going
crazy. Lasers, sounds..."
Persons with information regarding such practices, whether by law
enforcement, contractors, "private investigators," anti-drug/religious
cults or others, is urged to share that info, anonymously or

Hardware used includes laser, audio projection/distortion and/or voice
synthesis devices. Methods include night stalking/harassment,
organized slander and attempts to falsely implicate another target as
the source of such. Goals include the contrivance of
psychotic/paranoiac/fear reactions causing a victim to act out
sufficiently for arrest, simply discredit him/herself or sustain a
label of insanity ("hearing voices"), etc.
For example, a subject might be harassed with audio projection
equipment such as that often found at "Scientology" presentations,
possibly with the synthesized voice of one known to the subject. When
the subject contacts authorities, he is then accused of drug-induced
paranoia or psychological problems, and these accusations may then be
circulated among peers/colleagues. The subject, knowing that what he
experienced was real, and knowing that the authorities know it, but
also knowing that attempts to communicate the events will be used to
incriminate and discredit him, finds him/herself under profound and
even debilitating psychological stress, while unable to report and/or
seek help. Another twist may involve using a look-alike to direct the
retaliation of the aggravated subject toward a competitor, in an
attempt at corporate espionage.
In Big Bear Lake, we have also experience local "hit-and-run" cable
programming overrides, telephone interception/overrides with
voice-synthesis injection, network website/e-mail
interception/overrides, and the use of forged license plates. Police
radio frequencies were also used.
Of particular interest is any information regarding deaths, by suicide
or other, as a result of such activity, thus effectively representing
a homicide.
Such activity has occured in Big Bear Lake, CA over the last few
years, and has even included drugging, "framing" and verified
cooperation from the Sheriff's Department and District Attorney's
staff. Involvement appears to extend to at least Germany, Spain and
Macao. At least one event represents a homicide attempt, possibly an
attempt to remove a witness after a fouled "exercise." The subject
now claims to experience something resembling "audio hallucinations,"
but with verified content, apparently physically mutable, and with the
appearance of bi-directional communication by subvocalization.
Though not here accusing, it is noted that a firm which manufactures
audio devices as mentioned above (www.atcsd.com) claims a company
(www.HSSInternational.com) as its client, which in turn claims to be
contracted by the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department for
"training" of its deputies.
The former sheriff, Floyd Tidwell, recently accepted a plea bargain in
regards to over 500 stolen firearms, which were never returned.
The fact that deputies Robert Rose and "Patrick" Barnes may or may not
have aided in the under cover investigation of the San Bernardino
County Sheriff's Department, which led to the disclosure of Tidwell
and the stolen guns, does not give them license to destroy families
and lives for practice, revenge or any other reason.
