I have just heard of three cases where the government is going after
dad's making they repay AFDC for the governmental support the mother got
while the dad was in arrears with his child support. In one case the
'child' is now 29 and the father's only income is from a veteran's
disability. Can the state take part of his disability??
Seems like everyday the state finds a new way to make a new way to fill
their coffers...
