Hi, I'm searching for a good lawyer in the New York District in Buffalo. I need someone arrogant who's not afraid of Colin Powell or John Ashcroft. You can send me some names via email. Please tell me names of lawyers specialized in extradition or drugs cases. Speaking French in a big plus. My case is simple. I've been arrested on Sept 19 2002 for conspiracy to manufacture GHB. The problem is that I live in Canada. If the Canada was able to prove it, I would do less than one year in jail. But in the USA it's around 20 years firm. A women already got 168 months. She was arrested at the same date and they were calling me the date rape drug king-pin! I didn't know her at all. It was called operation webslinger. The problem with extradition, is that they don't need any proof to send me to the USA. We don't have the evidence from the USA, so we can't judge what an American jury will decide. As soon as the judge sees there is a possibility that an American jury find me guilty, they will send me.. Thank you very much for your help. Daniel

In about 10 weeks, in the first week of November, there will be a presedential election in the US. If George Bush wins a second term Powell and Asscroft stay in their current positions, but if John Kerry wins both of those and all the other Cabinet members and lot of other high-level Federal officials will be sent packing and replaced. Depending on your feelings about Daniel, you might want think about this when you're in the voting booth in November. But your vote only counts if you live in a "swing state". Dan Pelchat doesn't live in a "swing state". Neither do I. Even though it's more likely I'm a US citizen than Daniel, our votes for the next president probably will count about the same.

Let's be honest with ourselves. If Kerry wins, things aren't going to be any better for Daniel. Plus, Bush is the better man for the job. If you think Electing Kerry will make G legal again, you are insane. Daniel, I wish you luck with your case. I can say anything for that but it's Clinton who voted for the Hilhary Farkhas and Samantha Reid date rape drug act (or better known as "we know better act") when it was proven that neither was raped, that Hilary died of a heart problem and Samantha took a lot of other drugs and that someone who drank in the same glass as her didn't have any problem. We don't even know (maybe you can help me) when the drug law was signed. It was written on Feb 18 and it's written that it must be signed in 60 days, nothing more. The RCMP agent here even told me that I had 5 months to obey the law. What I know is that my case will be in November and that will be the last problem of Powell and Hashcrotch. I'm supposed to be prosecuted by James Kennedy but he already claimed that I was the biggest GHB supplier in the world when I wasn't selling GHB at all. Every body with half a brain knew that. He isn't supposed to be influenced by politics but he already told us that he can't take any decision in my case, he has to report to "someone" else that we don't know. Daniel

Bush is the better man for the job? WTF? If I @$#*ed up at my job as much as Bush I would have been fired a long time ago - and my @$#* ups don't get a 1000 americans killed and 5,000+ injured. I agree the Kerry is not likely to roll back the G ban but I do know that Bush has infringed on more of our personal rights and privacies than Clinton ever did and Kerry would have a hard time even touching Bush's level of medling. cleansanchez@rock.com (CLEANsanchez) wrote in message news:<c6112587.0409031008.7446c945@posting.google.com>...

Ha! : Daniel, I wish you luck with your case. So do we all. But I'll say if Kerry wins there will be enough of a shakeup in the top levels of the US Federal gov't. It should improve Daniel's chances of them forgetting his case or delaying it or having someone a little more liberal being put in as attorney general. Think about the governor of New Mexico. Isn't he on record as wanting pot legalized. Was not Asscroft appointed 'cause he was a state governor? If Kerry wins is he not going to appoint a new cabinet. Might he not appoint a different state governor as atty general? Yeah, I agree with you there won't likely be any big changes but can't we at least dream of what might happen if someone more sensible gets elected? If none of this makes sense then maybe I need to start re-reading the labels on those water bottles. : Nomen Nescio <Use-Author-Supplied-Address-Header@[127.1]> wrote in message news:<05c502a36b3494e96a7a36b552344881@dizum.com>... :> Daniel Pelchat <daniel.p@videotron.ca> wrote: :> :> : Hi, :> :> : I'm searching for a good lawyer in the New York District in Buffalo. :> : I need someone arrogant who's not afraid of Colin Powell or John Ashcroft. :> :> Sorry if you've already seen this, but it's getting very difficult for me :> to figure out which posts made from which systems sent through which :> remailers end up getting read by who. :> :> But.... :> :> In about 10 weeks, in the first week of November, there will be a :> presedential election in the US.
