IDtheft KY,?get to GrandJury,w/o Prosecutor's consent?
I'm dealing with a KY 'commonwealth' prosecutor that doesn't want to place charges against
someone
that committed ID theft with criminal intent
to try placing multiple felony charges, including arson, upon me.
I want into the Grand Jury.
Even if it's to see whether the case has merit to be prosecuted!
I've been told by a few AG's & a few retired Federal Prosecutors that
I can speak directly to the current Grand Jury's foreman.
I'm being turned down that option by the prosecutor.
Who is right?
Any ideas on how I should proceed on the following?

The exgf had moved out, while I was visiting family Christmas week 02
& stolen almost all my daughters clothes, a PC, etc, left my apt unlocked & scattered all
of my business cards around the complex; I was politely asking for them back & starting to
threaten filing theft charges.
The ex girlfriend went to the exwife & decided to have fun with the EPO system
EPOs(Emergency Protective Order) require no proof to get: just allegations as wild as you
want to make them.
No proof is ever required; just hear-say.
Alleged EPO violations are the same, but yield an INSTANT Arrest.
(jeesh! 3 arrests, 3 days in a row before ever getting to EPO court!!)
(The 3rd arrest was a CRIMINAL court, where my 4 yr daughter got to see me surprise-cuffed
& hauled off! I hadn't even had the EPO -=heard=- yet!)
ID Theft:
During the 1st arrest, I was held overnight & into the next late noon.
Sauls did not know I had family in town.
She thought I got out, because she called my cell
& when it was picked up, she instantly hung up, assuming it was me.
They then used a PC w/ cable modem
to create a yahoo account in my FULL name,
then sent herself a terrorsitic threatening note that included the concept of arson.
She then filed the 'alleged' EPO violation.
WHILE I was in jail mind you
overnight & into the next day, on other 'alleged' EPO violations.
Sauls used a cable modem to create the yahoo account.
Cable modems have "fixed" IP addresses.
Yahoo logs the IP used to create & modify accounts.
I have that proof from Insight Cable.
I have that proof from Yahoo.
-The AG told me that when I eventually got the above subpoenaed,
I could press charges,
but as EVERYONE has told me;
I could not press counter charges for felonies
EVEN THOUGH I HAVE PROOF & THEY NONE
until all charges against me were dismissed.
That AG was the only AG in the entire state that prosecuted ID theft; he was retiring in
May 03 & there are NO replacements & his dept shut down; even though he was continuously
busy!
I've since found where he was transferred to & he still agrees that he would've pressed
charges!...
She then turned that falsified email in as another alleged EPO violation,
another instant arrest.
One week later, after the arrests, I got to go to EPO court.
(after I've been arrested 3 times, & in jail, mind you)
The 1st thing she said was
"Judge, there was a fire behind my hose this morning & I have witnesses!"
Turns out a pickup was "stolen" & set fire to,
right behind where Sauls was living, it rolled down the alley a bit when it blew,
& she had ample time to give a copy of the forged email to an arson investigator
& then ample time to make court.
During the "fire" Sauls called all the people she had involved,
before calling 911, subpoenaed cell phone records show.
In that open court, I said that I could prove that the letter was
forged by ID theft & that I was in jail when it was sent.
Sauls almost had a heart attack.
It's a shame the camera was on me at that time.
It also turns out that the judge did not keep a copy of the email, which I had called out
as a Felony of forgery & ID theft.

Grand Jury case was pushed back 3 times,
I got to find out in Oct 03,
that was because Sauls did not show up,
nor EVER return the prosecutors phone calls,
after I called out her "evidence" as falsified.
