My brother and his wife are about to rent a trailer that has a trampoline on
the property. I told him that he needs to find out if he'd be liable if
someone injured themselves while playing on it. He didn't seem to take me
very seriously so I am doing the work for him. Since he is renting the
trailer, would he be liable or would the owner of the property be liable?
The trampoline is on the property he is renting and his family will be the
only people living on the property. We live in the state of Virginia if
that makes a difference.
