I have charges from over 10 years ago that were dismissed. I lied on
my undergraduate application a couple years later and did not disclose
the charges.
I am now fully reformed and seeking to go to law school. If i
disclose these charges on my law school apps and on my C&F
application, will i be ok, or will the bar also check my undergraduate
application for consistency? I understand they always check the law
school appication, but have not heard anything about undergraduate.
any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think you're safe. I'd be sure to disclose it on your law school app,
however. You are correct about state bars looking at law school app's for
consistency. Remember to keep a copy of your law school application. It
will save you a hassle 4+ years later.
