Here in South Florida whenever there is a hurricane they set up checkpoints
mainly to keep the Blacks from looting the wealthy beach area. Typically

Is there anyting that can be done about someone who regularly spams
newsgroups with rubbish. I know this one isn't moderated but is anything
possible. Perhaps someone could take it upon themselves to contact his ISP
as it must be given on the signature

Heres the situation. I borrowed $500 from this guy,(lets call him
*A*), and havent paid it back yet. I intend to do so but I just found
out that he wants to sue me to get the money back. The thing is that
there is no witness/written do

so you need to list speeding tickets. what if you have out-of-state
tickets (fully paid) that dont even show up on your driving history
and you have no idea which court holds the record, and the state
agencies have no record of the ticket?
