I've read the thread I listed below. Can a bunch of us sue these guys ?? Because two dents, a scrape and a red-light camera doesn't mean you are likelier to get into a wreck. A judge or jury should decide that. If you wanna sue them, tell me. BS, it's the INSURANCE company who determines that, not a judge or a jury.....THEY are the ones who are making the bet that you don't kill someone.....and let me see..... two dents, a scrape, and ran a red light??????? Yea, I'm betting every insurance company in the world wants to insure that fool........

The operations manager of one of the local tour bus companies told me that she had to fire six of her drivers. Their driver abstracts showed convictions for things like speeding, failing to yield ROW and improper turns. Ironically, the two drivers who had been involved in accidents in company buses where OK.
