I've read the thread I listed below. Can a bunch of us sue these guys ??
Because two dents, a scrape and a red-light camera doesn't mean you are
likelier to get into a wreck.
A judge or jury should decide that. If you wanna sue them, tell me. I'll
join you.

Yes , you can sue DAC , if the information is not true, and you point this
out to them. then they are required by law to have the supplier of this
information provide proof that it is indeed true, if the supplier does not
provide that proof then they are required by law to remove it, or be held
liable, along with the supplier
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/edcams/fcra/index.html it's all right here
folks.

BS, it's the INSURANCE company who determines that, not a judge or a
jury.....THEY are the ones who are making the bet that you don't kill
someone.....and let me see..... two dents, a scrape, and ran a red
light??????? Yea, I'm betting every insurance company in the world wants to
insure that fool........

I encountered that when I was dealing with the local bus companies. The
operations manager of one of the local tour bus companies told me that she had
to fire six of her drivers. Their driver abstracts showed convictions for things
like speeding, failing to yield ROW and improper turns. Ironically, the two
drivers who had been involved in accidents in company buses where OK.
