1) woman is pregnant and can't afford to raise child, biological father says
"have an abortion", woman doesn't want to, so a man who lived near her says
"put me on the birth certificate as the father and I will raise the child",
child is born and when child is a month old another woman marries the man
and raises the child until the child is 9 y/o, then they divorce, man states
in email he considers ex-wife to be childs mother, but man is a jerk.
Question: Does the woman have a right to see the child?
2) bought coins from person online, sent money by western union, never
received coins, was saving all emails concerning transaction but had to
perform a system recovery and lost them, in the last email the person said I
will send the money back if and when I get it.
Question: Am I out some money or can I do something?

Was there a formal adoption? If the child was adopted, her parental
rights would probably have been extinguished by the adoption. If not,
she would have the opportunity to prove that she was the mother and
reclaim at least some of her rights. Situations like this can be so
complex and so specific to the facts and state law that only a local
family-law lawyer can give you a good answer.

My guess is you were scammed. Next time use a credit card as you have
RECOURSE if you do not get the merchandise. If no credit card, then
PayPal ...
