And this is not to say that men or women can go on a vulgar 'dirty'
rampage either.
And should male or female residents of a non hud complex display an
'over abudance sexual libido' to the extent that other residents feel
threatened or harassed, the cops would be called and such behavior
would be a matter for law and order officials to sort out. That is
what would happen in the 'outside' world of non-hud residences and is
the law in hud residences who are non custodial citizens.
