I purchased a domain name that contained the name of a real estate company
in it. It has the name of my company in it too. Now their legal department
is writing me letters to take it down and not renew it. They claim I am
violating their trademark. For example is it a violation to call a domain
www.coldwellcentury21.com? What damages could they claim? Do they have a leg
to stand on?
