I just got offered a job as an insurance paralegal. However, they only
pay by commission.
Can anyone tell me the level of financial renumeration in this
business? Is ir a lucrative business. Will it cover my rent?

Can you sue disruptive tenants or get some sort of restraining order? If the
building owner will take no action against them can he be sued as well? I
know a complaint can be filed in municipal court but what about civil
damages?

First, why isn't the house in your names? It should still be able to be in
your names even if the owner is financing. Basically, it's like the owner
