Accident involving a transport truck! Bizarre!
Hi. Looking for some perspective.... This accident took place in Canada last month, if this makes a difference to the legalities of the question. I was driving home at night on a country highway with only one lane of traffic for each direction.

As another response pointed out, your receipt of the item will obviously be delayed. If the seller was obligated to provide you the item within a certain time and has not, and if you were harmed by the delay, then you could have a claim for damages
