Hi. Looking for some perspective....
This accident took place in Canada last month, if this makes a

As another response pointed out, your receipt of the item will obviously
be delayed. If the seller was obligated to provide you the item within a
certain time and has not, and if you were harmed by the delay, then you
could have a claim for damages
