My parents took someone to court for causing damage to their car in an

I recently applied to law school.. shortly before applying, i

court and sent a check and the matter was cleared. papparantly, a

Go to Kinkos, or equivelent, and get a Quit Claim Deed. If your county
offices are near by, go there. Complete the deed, and sign it - both you and
your sister - before a notary - again, Kinkos or equivelent. Take the Quit
Claim Deed to the county a

You need to record a "quitclaim deed" in the county recorder's office. The
easiest way to do this is to go to the title company who insured your condo
when you bought it. They have the form document and will likely be willing
to help you fill it out
