One,
I don't think that "adult" life experience is a meaningful term. I agree
with Mr. Strickland that this individual should, at age 17.5, have had a
rudimentary knowledge of drug addiction. While it's hard to know for sure
what went on it is

And who's going to pay for this deployment? While I'm not against
assisting other countries in disasters like these, the Army Corp of
Engineers was not created to rebuild the rest of the world, and the
rest of the world does not pay for
