convict eventually they will become a "hung: jury". It will be up to the

The initial reports onFriday were that he wasn't acquitted, or that the jury
was hung that way, they were that there was a mistrial declared in the first
trial.
How can he be totally innocent? His girl friend (fiancée) reported the abuse
that he was

Thanks for the response but do you have any idea why the judge wouldn't
issue the bench warrant only based on that I had a civil case in progress?
