for the burnt out license plate light on her 2003 Chrysler, to see the
judge did not get to see him. Instead put in another long line for a new
court date. While she was in line, the

She asked if she could go and have it fixed, and written off. The officer said
no...It is a violation. She had it fixed and went to the court clerk. They
told her it was not a warning ticket or fixit ticket, that it would be 110
dollars or go to court
