for the burnt out license plate light on her 2003 Chrysler, to see the

She asked if she could go and have it fixed, and written off. The officer said
no...It is a violation. She had it fixed and went to the court clerk. They
told her it was not a warning ticket or fixit ticket, that it would be 110
dollars or go to court
