The name of my corporation is Advancit. It's been in existence since 1989. I
went to register the domain only to find someone else has it. Yet the name
of their company is not Advancit. Their domain expires on 2010. How would I
go about getting this name? Is there a way to get Go Daddy to transfer it
over to me if the present owner refuses to?
