I found out that my wife's boss (Mr. V) had told her she would be a 1099
contractor. He also told her that there would be 30 day delay (or some
term like that with the words 30 day in it) f

Convention an enemy combatant has to observe certain rules. They must
wear an identifiable uniform, they must not attempt to hide among
civilian populations, they must not intent
