Monte, Many auto accident lawyers will give a free initial consult where you make ask this question and probably get a good answer. Did the moose have insurance? Dave M.

We need a law that orders every American to prove within ten days that he or she has been baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as personal savior. Or leave the country. Or be put to death. We need to return to our Christian roots and root out all that

Re: Failed Airbag- advice?
You have no case. The airbag is there to protect the driver, not the moose. In law there is a saying: "You never see a fish on the wall with its mouth closed." You already admitted that there were no injuries. "Monte Comeau" <dag123@telus.net

Failed Airbag- advice?
Just curious if I had a legal case that would stand up. I had a head on collision with a moose. A huge moose... Totally destroyed my 2005 Chevy Equinox. Odd thing was the airbags did not deploy. I was going approximately 50 mph when I coll

Re: Failed Airbag- advice?
Google "airbag failure". You will see that there are lots of law firms advertising for such cases. There are, of course, many possible reasons for the failure, some of which could be your fault (blown fuse not replaced...) some not (theft, replaceme
