A. Traffic school: If you fight your case and lose, and then are given
traffic school, do you lose the school if you appeal the case (and lose
the appeal)?

Sousal priviledge has to do with communication between spouses, not the
identity of spouses -- it would not apply in this case where the photo is of
the spouse
