Thanks -- I am planning on seeing a lawyer. I just found this out on
Friday -- it was a holiday and I couldn't reach anyone or go to the
courthouse to get a look at this supposed will.

Could someone explain to me what leeway "the state" has in charging
someone with a crime?
Jennifer Porter struck 4 children who were walking on the side of a road
