When I write posts, having more than sufficient backup for the

There is a concept of "libel per se". Such as saying that someone has a
loathesome disease (defined, historically, as syphillis or leprosy, I
think).
Gotta love the law: there are exceptions on exceptions, special rules
for this and for that.

While I understand the admin's duty when libel is charged, how can
there be free speech, when correct allegations are made, the object
charges liable, and you, the admin, remove the thread.
This is just what is happening with threads here that treat
