I am not sure of the process of cleaning up my record. How much stuff can I
get off my record? I just received a copy of my criminal background check
from a company that just turned me down for my record. I have stuff on
there from 1984. I have

I'm sure this is frustrating to you and I wonder why you are trying to
get a driving job when you have a poor driving record. I don't think there
are any limits on the background check that a business may do during the
hiring process and
