Effect of Chapter 11 on wrongful termination case.
I have just filed service to the California company for wrongful
termination (age discrimination) case
and have come to know that the company has recently filed petition in
bankruptcy court for Chap

I know that it has another consequences - it affirms the ACTUAL
transfer of title.
May I say that bill of sale is a contract of sale with a certificate
of transfer in one single document?
Does it have special requirements as to the form and others?

I have a question for any lawyer from Winnipeg, Canada.. As I may assume
that the laws differ from province to province as they do across borders..
