Why do you need a placard if you can not drive?
In my state, placards are issued to people with mobility issues. They get to
park near the front so they don't have to walk. I'm not sure if you can get
a placard or not, but my guess is that you can

I am mentally disabled and I just had a seizure 2 mothss I cannot
drive a car because of my medications they are so strong it that a
legal reason for me to get a handicapped placard?
