In small claims the plaintiff has to prove the case right. How is
someone going to prove you knew of a problem if you didn't. What if
they
have a supposed licensed expert testify that there were previous
repairs on something like plumbing and/or dry

Does anyone know what the Statute of Limitations is for Real Estate
sales in CA. I sold a house almost 31 months ago and now I'm being
taken to small claims for disclosure issues. The main issue is drywall
