I'm no lightweight, but apparently people like Jeff Strickland, who vilify
people who hang with Bud Weiser, Jim Beam et al. and are outraged by it -
are lightweights. Because they can't handle liquor, and they don't love
themselves, they boil over.

PennDot (Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation) sent me a letter in March
2005 stating I was eligible to restore my then suspended drivers' license as

Where in the US constitution does it guarantee you clean air? What federal
