There's nothing unusual there -- under the principle of tracing many
exempt items are exempt even if reduced to cash. So long as not
commingled. This is commonly the case (in relevant states) with PI
lawsuit proceeds, pensions, disability, social secur

what I found also. It "reads" like a family can have up to 200 acres
exempted in a Chapter 7 - and the 200 acres can be in different
parcels,
being in different counties.
