My boss has recently asked me to draft a letter which basically states
that we shall convert a refund owing to a loan and charge interest. A

that we cannot unilaterally change terms

Does anybody know if a credit card company photo copies checks/money

It just does. The car is insured. The owner of the car's insurance is the
primary policy and the driver of the car (if not the person who purchased
the insurance on the car like in this case) is the secondary policy.
Read your insurance policy.
