a) Is it possible in U.K. that a person in voluntary bankruptcy can become
Head of a University Law Group? Someone told me that 6 years after coming
out of bankruptcy it is prevented to have any public job?
b) If a person having such a job is defraud

No way, the mechanism that causes my asthma to even exist (!) is pollution,
without it I would not have it! now I have it and I can't even get services
to pay for this poisoning. The case workers are so loaded, with people not
working or disabled
