They all object to her going...My 2 sisters , step brother and all
others because they are just a state or more away and I am across the
country...Mom is on several medications and I think my sister in VA has
the medical proxy or say ? on her meds etc.

My father died recently. Only 1 original codicil to a will has been
found. The original will has not been found. In both this codici and
in the trust documents, 2 relatives were named as PRs/Executor. Both
decline to act and defer to me. So far I'
